With the dark mornings and nights of the winter now upon us we needed to have adequate lighting on the site to allow work to take place. You can see from the picture above that the site is now lit with a series of large led lighting units around the perimeter. Well done to Simon and James our Construction Managers for their hard work in getting the lighting up and connected so quickly.
Thanks for your input
Our first Focus Group, organised by Birchover Estates, was held at Oliver´s Cafe in Friar Gate on Wednesday 21st November. Its main aim was to listen to the thoughts of potential buyers and interested parties on what they would like to see in the designs and also inform those in attendance of developments so far.
Those who attended welcomed the opportunity to hear from the developer and indeed the sales agents and it was generally agreed that the evening was a resounding success. Thanks to Laura and her team at Birchover for organising the event.
We Would Welcome Your Thoughts
Its very easy as developers to think you know what people want in a new building and how they want their apartment laid out. However we do not always get it right and firmly believe that your thoughts and opinions can point us in the right direction.
To help us and our marketing team, we are holding a Focus Group to hear your thoughts from:
Wednesday 22nd November
6.00pm – 8.00pm
Olivers Cafe on Friar Gate in Derby
You are cordially invited to attend to meet the developer and the team at Kings Crescent where you can have your say and see our plans for the site. We look forward to seeing you there.
Limited places available.
Please contact Laura Etheridge at Birchover Sales & Lettings
Free light refreshments will be available.
We now have a time lapse camera installed overlooking the site. This is a great marketing tool which allows visitors to see the build as it develops. You can find the images on our web page here.
It was terrific to support local children and the Strutts Park Community this Halloween with their “Trick or Treat Poster.” Whilst we develop the site which is within the Strutts Park Conservation area we are keeping local residents fully informed as to progress and what is happening on the site.
This is important for us and for the community and so far we have received a great deal of interest in the Kings Crescent project and how it will give the area a much needed uplift.
